近五年科研成果总结介绍:
长期研究茶树生长发育及其环境应答的分子机理,专注茶叶品质与抗逆的分子机制研究。通过系统生物学、表观遗传学及多组学、多学科交叉研究,揭示了茶树新梢、叶片、根系及开花过程中应答低温、干旱及营养胁迫时的基因调控模式和代谢控制途径;揭示了多种非生物胁迫影响茶树叶片衰老及品质变异的信号通路及其代谢网络等重要分子机制,探索了茶树抗逆和品质提升的可能技术途径。在Frontiers in Genetics,Frontiers in Plant Science, BMC Genomics, PloS One,Journal of Theoretical Biology,Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Journal of Plant Physiology,Gene, Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture, Acta Physiologiae Plantarum,Scientia Horticulturae等主流学术期刊上发表研究论文80余篇,主编英文专著1部(Advances in cold-tolerance on Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze,科学出版社,2015),副主编专著1部(《茶医学研究》,浙江大学出版社,2005)。主持承担多项国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划及省重大技术创新项目等30余项。获山东省科技进步奖二等奖2项,三等奖2项,安徽省科技进步奖二等奖1项,青岛市科技进步奖3项,省高校科研成果奖2项,育成茶树品种3个,授权发明专利9项,主持制定省级地方标准6部。在茶学学科建设、茶产业融合发展、提质增效与转型升级方面做出了重要贡献。
